DSV acquires Northstar Seed Canada. The Canadian subsidiary DSV Northstar Ltd. is created. Northstar Seed specialises in the production, marketing and distribution of seeds for forage crops, turf, cover crops and grasses. Northstar Seed was founded in 1982 by a group of alfalfa seed producers. DSV thus expands its own seed multiplication areas in Canada and North America and gains further distribution access to the Canadian and North and South American markets.
