DSV and Hunsballe Frø jointly acquire the Dutch plant breeding company Zelder B.V. (founded in 1948), which breeds grasses, forage plants, maize and cereals. The breeding of grasses and forage plants is continued and the companies EuroGrass B.V. and EuroGrass Breeding GmbH are founded. EuroGrass Breeding GmbH takes over the breeding, EuroGrass B.V. the production and distribution of forage and turfgrasses worldwide.
